Ceramic Pan


While useful for serving hot or cold foods, these pans are cast in heat-resistant white clay, and can be used over an open flame or in the oven. Use them to cook eggs, omelettes, meat, or veggies. Since they're oven-safe, use for recipes where you need to first sear and finish cooking in the oven. Great for baked recipes too. Sold individually.

Produced by Marumitsu pottery in Aichi, Japan—home to kilns with the longest production history in Japan. Since 1950, Marumitsu has focused on functional ceramic-wares employing local potters who use both traditional and modern techniques.
