Our annual Rosie's Place holiday fundraising weekend is fast approaching and you know that means!
Bringing back the yearly tradition of spreading cheer and giving back, Erin Heath of Forêt will be crafting artful holiday wreaths to add warmth to your home. The wreaths will be made of a hand-made grapevine structure sculpted by Great Marsh Farm and then adorned with interesting, seasonal foliage and textures. Every wreath will be unique and its own. Wreaths are 16" & 22" and then a bit larger with the added botanical elements.
Pre-ordered wreaths can be picked up at Pod on December 7th & 8th. A portion of all wreath sales will be donated to Rosie's Place.
Rosie's Place, established in 1974, is the first women's shelter in the USA. Today, Rosie's Place not only provides meals and shelter, but they provide a range of support from housing to legal advocacy to educational services for close to 19,000 women each year. Rosie's Place relies SOLELY on the generous support of individuals, foundations, and corporations and DOES NOT accept any city, state, or federal funding.
